- All prices are exclusive of tax. Tax will be added to all services provided.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure there is time for you to check in, and fill out any necessary consultation form(s), or update any current form(s). Every new client will be asked to fill out a consultation form.
- If you are late for your appointment, and there is a client directly after you, please note that I will either reschedule you to a later date or shorten your service time.
Location/Parking For Studio
Aspen Spa is located at 527 Pitt Street. It is directly across the street from Enterprise Rental Car, and in the same plaza as Brunch on Pitt. There is parking directly to the left of the spa, in an unpaved parking lot. There is also parking available directly in front of the Spa (which is free after 6pm, and on weekends).
Payment Methods
Aspen Spa accepts Cash, contactless Debit (Tap), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Chip Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard).
Cancellation Policy
Aspen Spa respects your time, and strives to be punctual. Your appointments are very important to me! In the rare instance that I may be running late, I will always contact you. I would greatly appreciate that you do the same. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule (I understand things happen), Aspen Spa requests at least 24 hours notice, in order to cancel, or reschedule an appointment. A reminder of your appointment will be sent out via email and text, in advance.
Aspen Spa reserves the right to charge 50% for appointments cancelled, or broken without 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel on the same day, Aspen Spa reserves the right to charge 100% for your appointment, and you will not be able to book another appointment until the previous balance is paid.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in your total, however, are greatly appreciated.
